INDIGO continues its strategic partnership with Westpark, one of Canada’s parking experts.
After benefiting from a successful partnership with INDIGO Group since July 2015, WestPark is moving forward with the merger of its operations with INDIGO Group.
With the energy of an international group, the Westpark team will further excel in the growth of the company and become a powerful parking operator in the Canadian market. At this stage, a full acquisition with INDIGO Group will strengthen its financial position and allow it to capitalize on innovative technology initiatives and share significant investments.
In 2021, the two companies will continue to share a common vision to develop and consolidate their expertise, and to benefit from an elaborate infrastructure, back-office systems and global business support.
WestPark operates 267 facilities in British Columbia and Alberta, while the INDIGO Group manages nearly 800 parking assets across Canada, including more than 250,000 parking spaces from Atlantic Canada to Alberta, and employs nearly 2,500 team members.
