When Indigo took over management of the car park in 2011, hospital management was facing multiple problems: an insufficient number of car park spaces for patients and employees, high fees to contain the situation, inadequate configuration of the car parks, loss of income, defective controls, outdated equipment and numerous complaints from users.

We reconfigured the car park, modernised the equipment and implemented operational strategies to maximise the availability of spaces, accessibility and control. Patients are guided to available spaces, and we control the number of employees in each section, redirecting the youngest ones to alternative sites, keep statistics to adjust operations and improve decision-making and handle complaints. We selectively sell daily, weekly, and monthly permits.
