Social dialogue

In accordance with the regulations of the countries in which the Group operates, and beyond if possible, Indigo Group recognises the existence of trade union and the right of its employees to join a trade union organisation. The employee representative bodies then constitute the preferred bodies, for all employees and without any discrimination, for dialogue on the various internal Group programs as mentioned in the “Social performance” section.
