Sustainable career path
A global job map was performed in 2016 to identify the positions shared within the Group and categorise them into operational, sales and support functions. This process has made it possible to gain a better understanding of the Group’s activities and the professions and skills required by each of them. This mapping of jobs enabled the foundations to lay for joint training programs, as well as coherent competence requirement assessments for the same job in all countries, and to offer better support for internal mobility.
