S\u00e9bastien Fraisse was appointed President of the Executive Board of the INDIGO group by the group’s Supervisory Board on 24 March, 2023. His new mandate is effective since April 1st. He succeeds Serge Cl\u00e9mente, who will remain a member of the group’s Executive Board until 30 June 2023.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

This appointment is part of the reorganization of the INDIGO group proposed by Serge Cl\u00e9mente to its shareholders in autumn 2022.<\/p>\r\n

“It is a change in line with the transformation plan we have launched to consolidate our historical parking activities, both on-street and off-street, but also to develop new services for the city, adapted to the environmental and societal transformations we are experiencing. I am particularly proud of the work accomplished within Indigo over the last few years,” says Serge Cl\u00e9mente.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The President of the Supervisory Board, Michel Bleitrach, on behalf of the group’s shareholders, paid a tribute to the work of Serge Cl\u00e9mente, who joined the group in 2011 and has steered its development, both in France and internationally. He has also led numerous transformation projects, in particular the diversification of INDIGO’s portfolio, digitalization and new business lines and services for the city. Under his leadership, the INDIGO group has become a world leader in parking and individual mobility, present in six countries in Europe (France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland), Brazil, Colombia and Canada.<\/p>\r\n

S\u00e9bastien Fraisse, 51, is a graduate of the \u00c9cole Polytechnique and the \u00c9cole Nationale des Ponts et Chauss\u00e9es. After starting his career at the Ministry of Public Works and then in the motorway sector (ASF and then VINCI Autoroutes), he joined the group in October 2012 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of France. He has been Managing Director of the INDIGO group since November 2022.<\/p>\r\n

Today, INDIGO is continuing to write its history, with a renewed management committee, which is carrying out the main lines of our strategic plan,” says S\u00e9bastien Fraisse. <\/em><\/span>“In all our territories throughout the world, from our car parks to on-street parking, including our soft mobility offers and our services to the city (particularly last mile logistics), our business is at the heart of cities and local authorities. The group must continue to consolidate our positions in Europe and the Americas, which have made us a world leader, by offering global expertise in individual mobility and by positioning parking and our infrastructures as key assets for urban transformation\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

The INDIGO group’s Executive Board includes S\u00e9bastien Fraisse, President, Serge Cl\u00e9mente, Val\u00e9rie Ohannessian (general secretariat), Edouard Risso (finance and Americas), Xavier Heulin (urban shift). The Management Committee of the group consists of the members of the Executive Board, Thomas Bimson (Europe) and Wilfried Thierry (digital and customer experience).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n
