Grenoble is one of France\u2019s densest cycling networks, with the city and its surrounding area containing 320km of bicycle paths.<\/p>\n\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First launched at the end of 2017, INDIGO weel is already present in Metz, Bordeaux, Lyon, Tours, Toulouse and Angers. Since its launch, INDIGO weel has attracted more than XX users, with 150,000 downloads of the app and 7,000 bicycles in circulation.<\/p>\n\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INDIGO weel is a flagship pillar of Indigo Group\u2019s Mobility &amp; Digital Services division, which was established in 2017. The Group is targeting further expansion of INDIGO Weel this year, as well as offering users new types of vehicles, such as e-scooters.<\/p>\n\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serge Cl\u00e9mente, President of Indigo Group, said: \u201cPeople are increasingly demanding new ways of getting around. INDIGO weel will play a key role in how this continues to develop, particularly across Europe. Its continued expansion reflects Indigo Group\u2019s wider strategy to be partners in individual mobility for both cities and their citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch comes amid a wider push in Grenoble to promote different modes of transport, particularly cycling. It also follows global developments in new transport offerings, with a variety of companies, ranging from the world\u2019s biggest technology companies to established mobility businesses, investing heavily.<\/p>\n\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jean Gadrat, Executive Director of INDIGO weel, added: \u201cWe are convinced that the strength of our system lies not only in the quality of our bikes but above all in our flexible and scalable operational strategy.
