Available in all the languages used in our subsidiaries, this code of conduct sets out the principles of professional ethics that must &#8211; in all circumstances &#8211; inspire exemplary behavior on the part of Group employees. It is not intended to replace applicable laws and regulations, but rather to define attitudes and provide guidelines. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As part of its commitment to responsible governance and ethical conduct, INDIGO has drawn up and implemented a Code of Conduct, prefaced by the President of the Executive Board and intended to guide all employees, partners and stakeholders. This document reflects the Group&#8217;s fundamental values, such as integrity, transparency, respect for competition rules and the fight against corruption. It defines expected behavior, based on probity, loyalty, respect for dignity and individual rights, as well as prohibited practices. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">He <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is made available to all employees and appended to their employment contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Anti-corruption principles, prevention of conflicts of interest, conduct with regard to gifts and invitations&#8230; A new version of our code of conduct and a whistleblower&#8217;s charter have been drawn up in line with the Sapin II law. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn-primary download\" href=\"https:\/\/www.group-indigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Code-conduite-Group-Indigo-EN-version-2023-signe-S.-FRAISSE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Code of conduct<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>A warning system<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Business ethics and regulatory compliance are at the heart of INDIGO&#8217;s commitments. Since 2019, our employees have been able to report a violation of our business ethics rules via a mechanism described in the whistleblower charter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">To go even further, a dedicated platform and telephone hotline &#8211; accessible to everyone and in all the countries where we operate &#8211; were opened in 2024, to facilitate reporting and processing. This secure channel enables whistleblowers to denounce, confidentially or even anonymously, any act contrary to current regulations and our code of conduct, with the Group&#8217;s guarantee to the whistleblower of no reprisals. All reports are handled carefully, rigorously and impartially, in compliance with laws on confidentiality, data protection and whistle-blowing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our alert system contributes to a working environment that is consistent with our values of responsibility and commitment, respect and solidarity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn-primary download\" href=\"https:\/\/www.group-indigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Alert-System-procedure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alert System Procedure<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">A responsible purchasing charter<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Since 2022, INDIGO has been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. Among the ten principles of this pact relating to human rights, labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption, INDIGO contributes to sustainable development objectives on several themes: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gender equality,<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Decent work and economic growth,<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sustainable cities and communities,<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Measures to combat climate change.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These principles are at the heart of our &#8220;Responsible Purchasing&#8221; charter. Business ethics, respect for the environment, compliance with international conventions on labor law and human rights&#8230; Our suppliers and service providers are committed to respecting it.
