at the time &#8211; inaugurated its first car park in 1964, under the esplanade des Invalides. Georges V and Malesherbes-Anjou followed. Paris became a veritable innovation laboratory for INDIGO. With the boom in infrastructure and on-street parking, toll systems were automated and payment was dematerialized with the introduction of the blue card. Its objective? Adapting to customer experience expectations: more freedom, choice and personalization. INDIGO launched OPnGO, an application for finding and reserving parking spaces. When digitalization revolutionizes the parking experience&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, in response to changing usage patterns, INDIGO launched a shared electric bike and scooter service in France. The fruit of over a year&#8217;s partnership, it offered an innovative vision of infrastructures and their integration into the city of tomorrow. More mobility and services for users, smoother urban logistics, a contribution to a more sustainable city&#8230; the car park of the future proposes a program of concrete solutions to be implemented in INDIGO infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>INDIGO accompanies urban transformation and the emergence of new forms of mobility with strong initiatives. In 2021, the Group launched Cyclopark, a secure parking offer specially designed for bicycles, meeting the growing needs of urban cyclists. The following year, OPnGO evolved to become Indigo Neo, a platform that centralizes all the Group&#8217;s parking services, offering a simplified, connected experience for its users.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, INDIGO created the Indigo Foundation, hosted by the Fondation de France, with the ambition of strengthening solidarity and inclusion in the areas where the Group operates. That same year, the Group formalized its long-term commitment to sustainable development by joining the United Nations Global Compact. This international framework brings together principles relating to human rights, labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption. On this occasion, INDIGO committed itself to reducing its direct and indirect CO\u2082 emissions linked to fuel and electricity consumption (scopes 1 and 2) by 40% by 2029.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the Group invested heavily in recharging infrastructures for electric vehicles. In France, Belgium and Switzerland, as well as in Spain, Canada and Brazil, INDIGO car parks are gradually being equipped with electric charging stations. By the end of 2024, more than 10,380 charging points will have been deployed worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the year of the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, INDIGO placed its expertise and infrastructure at the service of the event as Official Supporter. The year also marked an intensification of the Group&#8217;s activities, with the acquisition of Parkia in Spain, APCOA&#8217;s activities in Belgium and Transdev&#8217;s public works activities in France.
