The Core has threecar parks with nearly 60% of spaces reserved for tenants and clients with monthly passes. Managing this space, therefore, demands special attention. And the valets have to make do with certain constraints, notably the lack of space to take in vehicles.
Indigo has reviewed and sped up the process to take in vehicles so as to prevent overflows that can quickly lead to traffic congestion. Car park attendants are assigned to take in vehicles at all times and see to the formalities; the keys are quickly given to the valets responsible for parking the vehicles.
A count is made every hour in order to ensure a sufficient number of spaces for tenants and clients with monthly passes. The results are entered into a system that automatically closes the car park to the public when the daily limit is reached.
Indigo is constantly working to improve user experience. We recently updated the visitor payment system, which will now accept debit cards. Each car park has a car wash and tyre inflation area.
