INDIGO, world leader in parking, individual mobility and city services, acquires a stake in CORSALIS, a real estate operator dedicated to urban logistics. Together, the two partners intend to create the leading real estate player for deliveries to city centers, by transforming existing infrastructures, following the example of their joint flagship project, the Arsenal de Foch in Paris.
The capital acquisition of INDIGO (which takes over ALTAREA’s entire stake) in CORSALIS consolidates an industrial partnership that has already proved its worth, with two operations currently underway:
– Le Pressoir de Bercy (Paris 12e): successful transformation of a former INDIGO parking lot into 2 040 m² of logistics space for delivery in the heart of the city, which is now being marketed;
– L’Arsenal de Foch (Paris 16th): creation of a 12 000 m² urban logistics space within one of the largest parking lots in Paris, on which work began in early 2025 and which will be delivered at the end of 2026.
INDIGO and CORSALIS have thus given themselves the means to develop a joint strategy of transforming urban real estate and infrastructure assets along three axes:
- The development of Urban Logistics Spaces in INDIGO parking lots
- The real estate development of hyper-urban urban logistics assets, to be sold to third-party investors
- Supporting third-party owners in the transformation of their urban assets into logistics spaces
INDIGO’s entry into our capital has obvious industrial relevance, strengthens our ability to deploy logistics solutions in the heart of major European metropolises, and will mark the second phase of Corsalis’ development. We would like to thank ALTAREA and Alain Taravella for their exceptional support and guidance since 2022, which has enabled us to become a benchmark player in the urban logistics market.
