President of the Executive Board
Born in 1972, Sébastien Fraisse is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He began his career at the French Ministry of Public Works as head of a major works district in Moselle (1998-2001), in charge of studies and implementation of road projects.
In 2001, he joined Autoroutes du Sud de la France (ASF), where he held the positions of Deputy Regional Manager Provence-Camargue and then Regional Manager West-Atlantic. In 2006, ASF became part of the VINCI Group, and he was appointed Project Director in charge of synergies at VINCI Concessions. He then rejoined ASF to take charge of operations: first of all support services, then the South-East network until 2010, when he was appointed Deputy Managing Director. In October 2012, he left VINCI Autoroutes for VINCI Park, where he took up the position of Executive Vice-President for France, responsible for development and operation of the French network.
In June 2014, VINCI Park became INDIGO and Sébastien Fraisse was appointed member of the INDIGO Group Management Board.
In November 2022, he became Managing Director of the INDIGO Group, before being appointed President of the INDIGO Group Management Board in April 2023.
Managing Director, Finance, Legal, Risk and CSR and member of the Executive Board
A graduate of EMLV and holder of a Specialised Master’s in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon, Audrey began her career in mergers and acquisitions with SMEs before joining the ENGIE Group in 2005. For twenty years, she held financial roles at the group’s head office, notably in financial communications, corporate finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, as well as within various business units, where she was involved in management control and strategy.
Audrey Robat served as Chief Financial Officer for ENGIE’s US operations, and subsequently as the Group’s Director of Investments and Financing. She is also an External Trade Adviser and Chair of the Audit Committee at Socomore, a mid-sized company specialising in specialty chemicals for the aerospace industry.
Managing Director, Europe and member of the Executive Board
Born in 1986, Edouard Risso is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and holds a Specialized Masters in Finance from ESCP. He began his career with Crédit Agricole in real estate structured finance. He spent a year in Athens with the Emporiki Bank subsidiary. In 2010, he joined Rothschild & Cie in the Debt Advisory team.
In January 2012, he joined INDIGO as a financial analyst, before being appointed Group Finance & Treasury Director in 2014. In January 2018, he took up the position of CFO France.
Edouard Risso was appointed Group CFO and member of INDIGO’s Management Board in 2020.
In November 2022, he became Deputy Managing Director, in charge of the Americas region, in addition to his duties as CFO.
He was appointed Director for Europe in October 2026.
Deputy Managing Director, Urban Shift and member of the Executive Board
Born in 1973, Xavier Heulin is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and holds a Master’s degree from the École Supérieure des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie (ESTP). He began his career in 1996 with the Bouygues Group, working first as a works engineer in Lille and then as head of the sales department in the Île-de-France region.
In 2006, he founded Urbis Park, a car park operator which he led for 15 years, first on behalf of the shareholders Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) and Crédit Agricole Assurances, and subsequently on behalf of Transdev. In 2016, he led the transformation of Urbis Park’s business model by separating the operations – which were sold to the Transdev Group and became Transdev Park – from the ownership of the assets, part of which were sold to Vauban Infrastructure Partners. In addition to traditional multi-storey car park operations, he developed on-street parking management activities, particularly following the reform decriminalising on-street parking offences, which came into force in 2018.
In 2021, he oversaw the sale of Transdev Park’s multi-storey car park operations to the INDIGO Group.
In December 2021, Xavier Heulin joined INDIGO as Group Director of Technology and Marketing and a member of the Executive Board.
In November 2022, he took the helm of Urban Shift, a new organisation dedicated to supporting urban transformation. This work focuses in particular on transforming infrastructure to accommodate new uses and services that benefit the city, developing sustainable transport options, and managing on-street parking. In Paris, the Foch project exemplifies this ambition with the conversion of part of the car park into a multi-purpose hub, including 12,000 m² dedicated to urban logistics, 180 electric charging points and a 200-space cycle park.
Xavier Heulin is currently Director of Urban Transformation at INDIGO and a member of the Executive Board.
Managing Director, Technology, Digital and Customer Experience
A graduate of the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Étienne (ENISE/Centrale Lyon), Wilfried Thierry began his career in the Construction division of the VINCI Group before joining VINCI Park’s UK subsidiary in 2002, where he helped to develop the concession business.
Promoted to International Director in 2005, he oversaw the Group’s expansion into Central Europe and North America. In this role, he supervised several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of a stake in the US company LAZ Parking, where he became Senior Vice-President in charge of operations from 2010.
In 2012, he took charge of European operations before being appointed, in 2015, to head the Group’s North American and UK operations, which had become INDIGO.
Since November 2022, Wilfried Thierry has been leading the Group-wide Digital, Customer Experience and e-Mobility divisions, with the aim of accelerating the Group’s transformation in these areas. He is also in charge of the Information Systems and Business Applications Division and thus oversees all the Group’s technological and digital initiatives, with a view to enhancing business performance and the customer experience.
Managing Director, Americas
Born in 1987, Agathe Vigne is a graduate of Sciences Po Lyon and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Lyon II (Master’s degree in Economics, Social and Solidarity Economy).
She began her career in Mexico as an environmental consultant in the energy sector. She then joined Business France, where she held various roles in Madrid and Mexico City. She continued her career in the infrastructure sector, developing expertise in concessions and Latin American markets. In particular, she joined Egis, where she held several roles before becoming, in 2020, Director of Investments and New Services for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, she contributed to the development of new activities in the mobility and urban services sectors and was involved in several external growth operations in Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
In 2023, Agathe Vigne joined the INDIGO Group as Director for the Americas. She oversaw the development and integration of the Group’s operations across the Americas, notably in Canada, Brazil and Colombia.
In October 2026, she was appointed to the INDIGO Group’s Executive Committee.
