We work closely with  partners who represent the best in their field, so we can provide useful services and solutions  to make our clients and our customers’ daily lives easier.

In France, our partners include Midas, who install and manage  repair centres, and Total Wash who install and manage car wash services. . We also offer drop box and delivery services, with our partner, Correos in Spain.

We provide easy ways to pay for parking, using a wide range of payment methods thanks to specific partnerships within the  countries we operate.  Customers in  in France can pay using a Carte Bleue card, a Total GR card or a toll tag. In some of our car parks, it is also possible to pay by phone using the OPnGO or Park Indigo app.

Enjoy ‘extra’ services for more comfort

We offer our customers a range of different breakdown and maintenance services, including repair and tyre kits.

In some countries we broadcast Indigo radio in our car parks, playing a mix of classical music and news about local events so our customers can stay up-to-date and have an enjoyable trip.

Our car parks have special facilities for motorbikes, including dedicated repair services in partnership with Norauto in France, dedicated secure zones and lockers for helmets.  We also provide a number of electric charging points too.
